A paved road off the highway provides easy access to and from our secluded resort on the banks of the Osage River. Being less than a 5 minute drive to the town of Lake Ozark, and 5 minutes to Osage beach means stores, shopping, and all types of activities are right out your door.
Close Community
Many of our winter guests and extended stays have been staying with us for multiple years (some for over 30). This tight-knit group of snowbirds has become some of our best friends and closest acquaintances. We greet our new guests with open arms and a big hello. There is always room for another friend at the local social hour.
Cheaper Living
With the summer crowds gone and the lake to ourselves, you will enjoy a laidback atmosphere and incredible off-season deals. Happy hours are cheaper, food specials are more abundant, the roads are clear, and all the summer activities are deeply discounted.
Mild Winters
Here in Lake Ozark, we average over 200 sunny days annually with only the occasional snow in the winter. Our average high temperatures in winter are in the mid-50s during the day and hover around freezing at night. As one of the only parks that doesn't close over the winter, we have a wonderful group of people here to enjoy the fun year-round.
