RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations are recommended for the RV sites. Reservations canceled 14 days or less before scheduled arrival are required to pay the full amount. Reservations canceled more than 14 days before scheduled arrival will be assessed a 20% fee.
Primitive (tent) sites require a deposit. Also a credit card # or cash deposit will be held until check out. If site is left clean & all rules were followed, the deposit will be returned.
No shows/cancellations that are less than 48 hours will be charged for the full reservation.
NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATIONS
HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENTS
A three (3) night minimum reservation is required for all major holidays. There will be a cancellation fee of the full deposit on holidays or special events, (Fish fry’s) no matter when canceled.
If canceled less than 7 days, will be charged for a 2-3 day holiday or event.
Our check-in time is 2:00 pm, check-out time is 1:00 pm. Arrangements for early arrival and late departure may be made in advance through the office (a $2.00 per hour fee may be charged). If you have a preference on sites, please let the office know when you reserve; however, while we will try to hold a specific site, it is not always possible.

LONG TERM RENTALS
